Dr. Sullivan is a native of Charlotte. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds a Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree. He formerly held the position of Chief of Dentistry at Carolina’s Medical Center, where he is a former member of the teaching staff and remains on staff with senior attending status. Dr. Sullivan is a current Adjunct Professor of Operative Dentistry at the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry. He has also attended the world renowned L.D. Pankey Institute and the Dawson Institute.
Dr. Sullivan is an active member of the:
- Charlotte Dental Society (where he is a former president)
- American Dental Society of Anesthesiology
- North Carolina Dental Society
- Academy of General Dentists
- Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantology
Dr. Sullivan understands the importance of continuning his education after graduation. He has dedicated his professional life to learning about the newest technologies and techniques in dentistry. He is passionate about his patients and strives to make every dental visit relaxing and informative.

Dr. Burd graduated from the University of Kentucky and holds his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry (D.M.D) from the University of Louisville Dental School. Dr. Burd has also received advanced training at the famous L.D. Pankey Institute and Dawson Institute and enjoys creating long lasting, beautiful smiles for all of his patients.

Dr. Burd is dedicated to continuing education and has focused his skills on the areas of reconstructive crown and bridges, and cosmetic dentistry. He enjoys helping his patients gain renewed confidence through a radiant, healthy smile.

Dr. Roupas was born in Canada. He received his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry (D.M.D.) from the University of Manitoba. He then completed two years of post-graduate study at Carolina's Medical Center (CMC), doing a general practice residency. Having served as chief dental resident in his second year, Dr. Roupas was involved in the care of traumatic dental injuries, the treatment of medically compromised individuals, and also had the opportunity to work with various dental specialties on a daily basis. Dr. Roupas continues to be active at CMC and is a current staff member with senior attending status. Dr. Roupas also has extensive education in institutions such as the Dawson Institute and L.D. Pankey Institute.
