I have been a patient of Mint Holl Family Dentist for 4 years. They have done awesome work on me with cleanings, root canal, crowns, and fillings. They are very patient and undert. Everyone in the office I nice and friendly. Whe I first came tot hen I was scared cause of past visit with other dentist. But this company has great employee and they are really patient, and do an awesome job with keeping u calm and relax. They go through the products. My personal favorite dentist Dr Sullivan the son. But no matter who u get they are very kind and know there job. When I go I. I feel very comfortable and secure. I would recommend them to anyone.

Love this dentist office!!! I normally hate the dentist and getting my teeth cleaned but I never do here! Felt super comfortable and respected. every time I go to this office regardless of who I see, everyone is so positive and kind. Office is always extremely clean and they do a great job of keeping everything clean and sanitary especially during COVID. Wouldn’t change a thing!

Dr Roupas and Tiffany were fantastic. This was my first visit to MH Dentistry... my anxiety was through the roof walking in the door. I had horrific experiences as a child in the dental chair, that have carried through with me as an adult. One of my back lower molars had a broken piece come off my tooth. My daughter recommended MH Dentistry, I called the day my tooth broke and they saw me the next morning with an early appointment. I was a brand new patient and they got me in less than 24 hrs after my tooth broke.They asked questions of what causes my anxiety and assured me I would not have those experiences in their office.They were able to save my tooth with a crown made and put on during my initial visit. I experienced no pain. Excellent experience!!!Thank you Dr Roupas and Tiffany!!

The folks at Mint Hill Dentistry certainly excel at making your visit a pleasant experience! Everyone from the dentists to the office staff are extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. The facility is modern, beautiful, and state-of-the-art. I would give them 10 STARS, but there was only room for 5! Highly recommend them!

I am in the process of having all my teeth pulled because all my life even though I thought I was taking good care of my teeth and was going to the dentist every 6 months for cleaning, and brushing my teeth daily, etc, I later found that my teeth, for whatever reason, were in terrible shape. After my dentist retired I knew I needed help and I chose Mint Hill Dentistry because they are close to where I live. I asked for someone who is conservative as I am 71 years old and was not sure what I needed to have done nor wanted to have done. I was very lucky to be placed in the care of Dr. Ricker. Dr. Ricker is so nice and caring and he has a wonderful staff. I have a friend who had dental implants and I was interested in them versus regular dentures. Dr. Ricker explained the difference and the advantages of each. After this consultation, I decided I did want to go with the implants. I will say it is a lengthy procedure as I had teeth that had to be pulled then my gums had to heal. I am still in the process of getting my implants but I am real excited to complete this procedure. To help Dr. Ricker with my procedure he has a wonderful assistant, Amy. Amy works closely with Dr. Ricker during the entire procedure. Amy, like Dr. Ricker is very good. She is concerned about my well being before, during and after each procedure. She is very gentle and makes sure I am calm, relaxed, and makes sure I don't have any questions or concerns. I feel that I am in very capable hands with both Dr. Ricker and Amy.

And he did my root canal today... made an emergency appointment yesterday and stayed late to do it.
I got a phone call at 8:30 tonight to make sure I was doing ok.

I have been a longtime patient of Dr Roupas. I even brought my mother to him for dental care years ago.I moved away from Charlotte for 10 years and when I returned to Charlotte, I returned to Dr Roupas.
I had a filling today and was very very anxious. But thanks to Dr Roupas’ slow and steady hand, his and Amy’s patience, and a good dose of nitrous oxide, I didn’t feel a thing!!! Thanks guys!!!!!

I could speak forever about all my wonderful experiences at Mint Hill Dentistry. I am someone who used to be terrified of the dentist but that is no longer the case. I continue to go Mint Hill Dentistry even though I moved 50 minutes away. All the staff is wonderful and always care for you with a smile. From the time you walk in the door and are greeted by Janet to the time you check out with Melinda, you will always feel as though you are a special patient. Dr. Roupas is the kindest, most gentle, and talented dentist. He is very knowledgeable and walks you through every process. The care he and his assistant Alisha showed me during a very long dental procedure was absolutely amazing! And my hygienist Susie, well, she is just awesome and very special to me! I really can't say enough wonderful things about Mint Hill Dentistry!

The absolute best dentist office I have ever been too. From the appointment setting as a new patient to the arrival checkin and of course the actual work. Dr. Earl Sullivan and Ms. Michelle were just perfect. They took great care and detail in explaining how an old filling that had been giving me problems from the time it was put in from a previous dentist at another location. He fixed it and I’m very pleased. Not the slightest of pain as he was taking out the old filling and replacing with a new filling, unlike the place I went before. Finding them is a true gem. I will never ever go to any place else. My 12 year will now be going. Thank you Dr. E Sullivan and Ms. Michelle. Highly recommend Mint Hill Dentistry.

The absolute best and most honest place I've been to get dental work I'd give it 10 stars if it were an option Dr. Burd is amazing as well as the rest of the staff. I was told by another dentist I had a cracked tooth and would need an extraction then a bridge (very expensive) and went here for a second opinion and found out I only had a cracked filling. I highly recommend to everyone to give these people your business and become part of the family at Mint Hill Dentistry!!!
