Dr. Earle Sullivan

Dr Sullivan is a native of Charlotte. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds a Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree. Following dental school, Dr. Sullivan studied anesthesiology at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C. He formerly held the position of Chief of Dentistry at Carolinas Medical Center where he was a member of the teaching staff and was on staff with senior attending status. Dr Sullivan is a current Adjunct Professor of Operative Dentistry at the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry. He has attended the world-renowned Pankey Institute and Dawson Institute for continued education.

Dr Sullivan understands the importance of continuing his education in dentistry and has dedicated his professional life to learning about the newest technologies and techniques in dentistry. He is passionate about his patients and strives to make every dental visit relaxing and informative.

I’ve had my cleaning done by Tracy a few times now, and she is truly the absolute best! She is always so kind, patient, and welcoming from the moment you sit down. Tracy is extremely careful and gentle during the cleaning process, while still being very thorough and professional. She always makes sure I’m comfortable and takes the time to explain everything, which I really appreciate.

You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. Every visit with her has been a great experience, and she consistently goes above and beyond to make going to the dentist feel stress-free. I highly recommend Tracy to anyone looking for an amazing dentist.

I have always been treated with respect and kindness at Mint Hill Dentistry. Never made to feel bad for my “bad teeth” — just treated as a normal patient. I wish I had found Mint Hill Dentistry years ago.

The entire visit was great, from receptionist to dentist! First time their since late 2007. New location for me and my new dentist is the son of my original dentist! Madison, hygienist, was very gentle and thorough. Never been a huge fan of the dentist, who is, but since 1983, they have changed my view completely!

My hygienist is the best. She always does a great job and very friendly. Makes the visit more relaxed. The denist are also very through and make patients feel cared for. Glad we found this practice.

Couldn’t ask for a more relaxing and welcoming environment for a dentist. I have massive “white coat syndrome” when it comes to appointments and doctors, and dental appointments send my blood pressure and heart rate through the roof. This place was so relaxing and accommodating of that. They take the time to answer any and all questions I have, and the staff is extremely warm and cordial. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Dr. Ellen is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. This office truly deserves the 5 star review. The exam never felt rushed—she took the time to explain everything clearly, offering options and discussing both immediate plans and future care. She was attentive to other areas of concern and handled everything with a gentle touch. What stood out most was how comfortable she made the experience—which helped ease any anxiety.
