I had the best experience at Mint Hill Dentistry. Dr. Vollmer was very gentle when doing the procedure and frequently asked if I was doing okay. From front of the office all the way to clinical staff, everyone was so kind! I highly recommend this office.

Called for tooth pain and saw the dentist within an hour of the call. Professional and knowledgeable staff. Super practice and facility.

Second visit was for initial implant work. Again the staff was remarkable.

Third visit for implant and it was a breeze.

Back for second implant impression. Same professional service and all work explained.

Visit to have impression made for implant. Quick in and out. Great professional service.

We came in on a last minute referral.. they worked us in and after 3 dentist they are able to help. All were very nice .

I have mixed feelings as I bid farewell to my hygienist, who is also my wife. Liz Gelbert has been my personal dental hygienist for 42 years and my loving wife for 38 years. Now, she is retiring to embark on her next chapter. While Mint Hill Dentistry has an amazing team and I look forward continue using Mint Hill Dentistry, no one can ever replace my Liz♥️.

I would never go anywhere else to takes care of my pearly whites. Can't help but love seeing Dr. Roupas's smile while he's doing that final check.

Tisha was a great dental hygienist. Very thoughtful of making sure I was comfortable. The Dr. was very nice as well.

I needed a new dentist after being utterly disappointed by my last office. I happened to drive by MHD and decided to call about an appointment; they were able to get me in the very next day! At my visit, I met Monica, my new (and now favorite) dental hygienist. She’s an absolute gem. I’m so grateful for this drive-by happenstance. Dr. Vollmer came in to check my teeth when we finished, and he was an absolute delight. I truly appreciate how the entire team made me feel right at home.

Our appointment was at 9:20 am but did not get in to the Dentist till about 10:00 am Dr Ellen Was both professional and personable. Great smile and asks questions. She was attentive to our concern weather to proceed in a different direction. The Dental tech. was really thoughtful and professional. Seem to be an excellent team member. Rate as a good experience.

I went to Mint Hill Dentistry today to have my teeth 🦷 cleaned by Tish. I know it seems odd to say I enjoy going to the 🪥 Dentist’s office, but it was enjoyable. Tish and I chatted the whole time like we knew each other for years. She was kind, friendly and very thorough. Dr. Vollmer came in to check me. . Love the ladies at the front desk as well.

What can I say?...I am so impressed with the people at this office, from the front desk staff, to the dental hygienist to Dr. Roupas! Everyone is just wonderful, kind and compassionate! I have always had a big phobia of going to the dentist, but not here. I fully trust them and feel comfortable here knowing how much they care about my comfort and no pain. I'm so glad I found Dr. Roupas and Mint Hill Dentistry!!

Dr Vollmer and Megan were excellent and restored my confidence in dentistry. I had PTSD as a child after having 2 fillings, 9 teeth pulled, and braces for 11 years so I've always been reluctant to goto the dentist in my adulthood. This is only my 2nd cleaning as an adult and my previous was >15 yrs ago. I can confidently say ill get them yearly now after my experience today.

My whole family has been patients here for over 15 years. We love the people and professional service.

I always ask for Susie to clean my teeth. She does a great job We chat as she works and the time flies by.

If you're looking for a dentist, I have a recommendation: Dr. Roupas at Mint Hill Dentistry.
I was referred to him by someone who works for a dentistry lab, after I had gone to a very 'hoity-toity' dentist for a veneer consult and was sorely disappointed by the attitude, customer no-service and assembly line treatment.
Dr. Roupas did my veneers 8 years ago. So happy with them!
And he did my root canal today... made an emergency appointment yesterday and stayed late to do it.
I got a phone call at 8:30 tonight to make sure I was doing ok.
This is the type of dentist and dental care you want!

I have been a longtime patient of Dr Roupas. I even brought my mother to him for dental care years ago.I moved away from Charlotte for 10 years and when I returned to Charlotte, I returned to Dr Roupas.
I had a filling today and was very very anxious. But thanks to Dr Roupas’ slow and steady hand, his and Amy’s patience, and a good dose of nitrous oxide, I didn’t feel a thing!!! Thanks guys!!!!!

I have been going to Dr. Sullivan for over 45 years now. This is the only Dentist office I have ever known. Dr's Byrd and Roupus are top notch too. I am grateful to have this team in care of my teeth and mouth.

I could speak forever about all my wonderful experiences at Mint Hill Dentistry. I am someone who used to be terrified of the dentist but that is no longer the case. I continue to go Mint Hill Dentistry even though I moved 50 minutes away. All the staff is wonderful and always care for you with a smile. From the time you walk in the door and are greeted by Janet to the time you check out with Melinda, you will always feel as though you are a special patient. Dr. Roupas is the kindest, most gentle, and talented dentist. He is very knowledgeable and walks you through every process. The care he and his assistant Alisha showed me during a very long dental procedure was absolutely amazing! And my hygienist Susie, well, she is just awesome and very special to me! I really can't say enough wonderful things about Mint Hill Dentistry!

The absolute best dentist office I have ever been too. From the appointment setting as a new patient to the arrival checkin and of course the actual work. Dr. Earl Sullivan and Ms. Michelle were just perfect. They took great care and detail in explaining how an old filling that had been giving me problems from the time it was put in from a previous dentist at another location. He fixed it and I’m very pleased. Not the slightest of pain as he was taking out the old filling and replacing with a new filling, unlike the place I went before. Finding them is a true gem. I will never ever go to any place else. My 12 year will now be going. Thank you Dr. E Sullivan and Ms. Michelle. Highly recommend Mint Hill Dentistry.

The absolute best and most honest place I've been to get dental work I'd give it 10 stars if it were an option Dr. Burd is amazing as well as the rest of the staff. I was told by another dentist I had a cracked tooth and would need an extraction then a bridge (very expensive) and went here for a second opinion and found out I only had a cracked filling. I highly recommend to everyone to give these people your business and become part of the family at Mint Hill Dentistry!!!
