Our appointment was at 9:20 am but did not get in to the Dentist till about 10:00 am Dr Ellen Was both professional and personable. Great smile and asks questions. She was attentive to our concern weather to proceed in a different direction. The Dental tech. was really thoughtful and professional. Seem to be an excellent team member. Rate as a good experience.

Just a routine cleaning, but painless, thorough, and even enjoyable ( for a dentist visit). I am coming back, for sure!

This is a great dental practice. If it wasn't, I wouldn't keep driving all the way from York, SC since I moved several years ago. The staff is very professional & friendly. Plus, all the dentists there are experts in giving injections. No pain!

We came in on a last minute referral.. they worked us in and after 3 dentist they are able to help. All were very nice .

Dr. Tremont and his team are amazing. They are kind, thorough, professional and caring. I came to Dr. Tremont with an Invisalign gone bad experience. This was not an easy fix, but he walked me through it step by step until we got it right.

I have been a patient of Mint Hill dentistry for several years. I just had my teeth cleaned a couple of days ago, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how easy and painless the procedure went. Jeri, my hygienist has very gentle hands. The rest of the staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome.

Today I had my initial appointment at Mint Hill Dentistry. It exceeded my expectations on all fronts. The office is lovely, the staff warm and welcoming, my hygienist, Cindy, conducted the most professional and comprehensive exam I have ever had. Dr. David Sullivan followed with another. Efficient, comfortable, friendly, and very reassuring.

Just had a routine 6 month cleaning this time. Every person at this office is friendly, attentive, and skilled at their position. I always feel valued and cared for during my cleanings and any dental procedures.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable dentists, and warm atmosphere. The teeth cleaning was painless and gentle. I had a great first experience there with my 6 year old daughter and for myself as first-time patients. We will be going back.

If you're looking for a dentist, I have a recommendation: Dr. Roupas at Mint Hill Dentistry.
I was referred to him by someone who works for a dentistry lab, after I had gone to a very 'hoity-toity' dentist for a veneer consult and was sorely disappointed by the attitude, customer no-service and assembly line treatment.
Dr. Roupas did my veneers 8 years ago. So happy with them!
And he did my root canal today... made an emergency appointment yesterday and stayed late to do it.
I got a phone call at 8:30 tonight to make sure I was doing ok.
This is the type of dentist and dental care you want!

I have been a longtime patient of Dr Roupas. I even brought my mother to him for dental care years ago.I moved away from Charlotte for 10 years and when I returned to Charlotte, I returned to Dr Roupas.
I had a filling today and was very very anxious. But thanks to Dr Roupas’ slow and steady hand, his and Amy’s patience, and a good dose of nitrous oxide, I didn’t feel a thing!!! Thanks guys!!!!!

I could speak forever about all my wonderful experiences at Mint Hill Dentistry. I am someone who used to be terrified of the dentist but that is no longer the case. I continue to go Mint Hill Dentistry even though I moved 50 minutes away. All the staff is wonderful and always care for you with a smile. From the time you walk in the door and are greeted by Janet to the time you check out with Melinda, you will always feel as though you are a special patient. Dr. Roupas is the kindest, most gentle, and talented dentist. He is very knowledgeable and walks you through every process. The care he and his assistant Alisha showed me during a very long dental procedure was absolutely amazing! And my hygienist Susie, well, she is just awesome and very special to me! I really can't say enough wonderful things about Mint Hill Dentistry!

The absolute best dentist office I have ever been too. From the appointment setting as a new patient to the arrival checkin and of course the actual work. Dr. Earl Sullivan and Ms. Michelle were just perfect. They took great care and detail in explaining how an old filling that had been giving me problems from the time it was put in from a previous dentist at another location. He fixed it and I’m very pleased. Not the slightest of pain as he was taking out the old filling and replacing with a new filling, unlike the place I went before. Finding them is a true gem. I will never ever go to any place else. My 12 year will now be going. Thank you Dr. E Sullivan and Ms. Michelle. Highly recommend Mint Hill Dentistry.

The absolute best and most honest place I've been to get dental work I'd give it 10 stars if it were an option Dr. Burd is amazing as well as the rest of the staff. I was told by another dentist I had a cracked tooth and would need an extraction then a bridge (very expensive) and went here for a second opinion and found out I only had a cracked filling. I highly recommend to everyone to give these people your business and become part of the family at Mint Hill Dentistry!!!
