From the moment I walked In the door I felt welcomed. The reception was pleasant and engaging. Dr Vemer told me what my options were and to return for a consultation about my treatment. Great experience at Mint Hill dentistry today.8/20/24I want to personally thank you Dr Roupas for making me feel at ease about my root canal today. I was very nervous about getting this root canal done since I haven’t been to the dentist regularly since changing jobs, my insurance coverage has been the issue. I’m so thankful for you and Tiffany and everyone was so pleasant and helpful. What made things even more personal was the fact that Dr. Roupas called (after 5pm)personally to check on me. That extra personal touch really made my day. Thank you so much Mint Hill Dentistry you all are awesome!I returned to Mint Hill dentistry on Tues 9/3. Dr Roupas attempted to complete the initial work that was started, however, because of the condition of my tooth he was not able to complete the procedure. He did make it as good as possible and was very thorough in explaining everything to me. Once again that made me relax and be at ease for the procedure. Dr Roupas called again to check on me and this time my recovery time was not as long. His assistant for that day was also very kind and pleasant. I can’t remember her name. There is no place I could imagine like Mint Hill Dentistry. I had the best dentist for years in Boone, NC and kept traveling to him . He was wonderful. Dr. Micheal Taylor and his staff . Finally I searched to find a dentist in Charlotte. It was hard to follow such excellent care . I had a difficult experience at one dentist I Charlotte and was just besides myself till Mint Hill Dentistry opened up space. I began with Dr. Roupas and what an incredible blessing he was to my difficult issues. He was kind , caring, diligent and excellent at hard work . I was blessed to find the care I needed. His staff and everyone I encountered were so good to work with. Great care ! I had to step away from routine care for a time due to my health. I broke a tooth and had to come in and saw Dr Tremont. Oh my goodness … where does this practice find such dedication and caring people. Dr.Tremont and his priceless assistant spent over 2 hours on my work. They worked together so beautifully! They cared for me on every level. I never saw 2 dentist in the same practice be so gifted and kind. My hats off and a big thank you Mint Hill Dentistry for being there for me . You are all remarkable from front desk to back dental chairs. I am completely amazed with you all. The world needs this kind of care to make it a better place.

I have been a longtime patient of Dr Roupas. I even brought my mother to him for dental care years ago.I moved away from Charlotte for 10 years and when I returned to Charlotte, I returned to Dr Roupas.
I had a filling today and was very very anxious. But thanks to Dr Roupas’ slow and steady hand, his and Amy’s patience, and a good dose of nitrous oxide, I didn’t feel a thing!!! Thanks guys!!!!!

I could speak forever about all my wonderful experiences at Mint Hill Dentistry. I am someone who used to be terrified of the dentist but that is no longer the case. I continue to go Mint Hill Dentistry even though I moved 50 minutes away. All the staff is wonderful and always care for you with a smile. From the time you walk in the door and are greeted by Janet to the time you check out with Melinda, you will always feel as though you are a special patient. Dr. Roupas is the kindest, most gentle, and talented dentist. He is very knowledgeable and walks you through every process. The care he and his assistant Alisha showed me during a very long dental procedure was absolutely amazing! And my hygienist Susie, well, she is just awesome and very special to me! I really can't say enough wonderful things about Mint Hill Dentistry!

The absolute best dentist office I have ever been too. From the appointment setting as a new patient to the arrival checkin and of course the actual work. Dr. Earl Sullivan and Ms. Michelle were just perfect. They took great care and detail in explaining how an old filling that had been giving me problems from the time it was put in from a previous dentist at another location. He fixed it and I’m very pleased. Not the slightest of pain as he was taking out the old filling and replacing with a new filling, unlike the place I went before. Finding them is a true gem. I will never ever go to any place else. My 12 year will now be going. Thank you Dr. E Sullivan and Ms. Michelle. Highly recommend Mint Hill Dentistry.

The absolute best and most honest place I've been to get dental work I'd give it 10 stars if it were an option Dr. Burd is amazing as well as the rest of the staff. I was told by another dentist I had a cracked tooth and would need an extraction then a bridge (very expensive) and went here for a second opinion and found out I only had a cracked filling. I highly recommend to everyone to give these people your business and become part of the family at Mint Hill Dentistry!!!
