Office location and parking lot conveniently located. Receptionist greets us upon entry. Modern facility and comfortable waiting room. Restroom always clean and stocked supplies. Tracy my Hygienist walks you back at your appointment time. Ex rays taken health updates records updated and protective glasses provided. Experience and passionate staff focused on providing a great customer experience. Dr. Fremont reviews ex-rays and patient history before reviewing hygienists work and through inspection. Everyone works well together with another person making future appointments. Finally; provides take home bag containing future appointments reminders, new tooth brush, toothpaste, floss and lip balm. Check out is a breeze they file insurance claim for us and away we go….
So if professionalism is important to you - this is where you should have your dental care done.

The dentist hygienist was awesome. Dr Vallmer, Dr. Trueman is great, but Dr. Sullivan is the Best. I was amazed at the experience I had there. They really understand that people are afraid to go see a dentist. They are very caring and insure you that you don't need to be afraid. I had a bad experience with a dentist that left me to have bad teeth, When came to Mint Hill Dentistry I felt relief that I found a dentist that cares. Not about making money but helping you achieve a great smile you can be proud of. . The staff upfront is very nice and understanding. Great experience! They a the best in this industry. Billing and Insurance department is great. Scheduler are awesome and the Hygienist are great with cleaning teeth. Love this office.

My hygienist, Tish, is fabulous. I love her dedication, professionalism, and our conversions. I am very well pleased with how she cleans / polishes my teeth. She is very down to earth and and concerned about how I'm doing throughout the time I am there. She is a wonderful person!

Are you a James Taylor fan? I’ve been going to Mint Hill Dentistry for over 20 years and they are reliable, consistent, helpful and friendly. Dr. Roupas is highly skilled (my root canal) and I just realized that he reminds me of James Taylor!! Although they are both from different geographical locations, it’s a sweet reminder. When you haven’t seen a new person at the front desk in over 20 years; they have something special. It’s comforting for me to see the same faces for so many years. Of course, Dr. Roupas is well-seasoned and pays great attention to detail (making sure the color/size of my crown were comparable to the other teeth) for what matters when it comes to the image of my smile-the “pearly whites” (teeth).

Everyone was happy and friendly. Appointment was 9:50 and that’s when I was in chair . Susie and Dr Roupas did a l good job , the ladies at check out were great and I left Happy . What more can I say !

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. So let me tell you as a business owners perspective before I get into my personal experience. I own Stardust Automotive Inc. In Jacksonville, NC and I am the number one automotive repair shop in area.

Good business starts with professional customer service and from the moment I walked in; to the time I left I felt safe and I felt at home. I was treated with respect from start to finish. I was greeted with a friendly smile and I was comforted by many of the staff. Without saying a word, they saw the pain and the fear on my face and they took the time to help me through each step without hesitation. I suffer from trauma and PTSD and I struggle with dentistry of any kind.

At no point in time did I ever feel unsafe there. Everything was super clean, pleasant to look at inside the facility and even the rooms were large so I never felt claustrophobic. It was also nice and bright inside the rooms too. It’s like a place like no other.

Now. I can not give enough praise to the oral surgeon that did the teeth extraction on me. He never made me feel rushed and never invalidated my fears. In fact he took the time to listen to me, comfort me and talk me through each step. Yes I was being a bit of a pain but he genuinely cared enough to listen to me which is a big deal for me. He made me feel like family and made me feel like he was always going to have my back.

This was the most incredible visit I have ever had. I am so grateful. I am a tough grown man and I am not ashamed to say I cried. I even hugged the nurse after the surgery because it went so well. Within a few hours I’m back to my old self. I’m in no pain. He used a plug instead of stitches so even my gums feel perfect. Everything about this experience from start to finish was perfect.

So the bottom line is I recommend this place to the 1000th degree. A+++ for every area of this place! You all have my gratitude and utmost respect. Thank you

My dental experience has been very beneficial and will continue for many years. Dentist, dental assistant and office staff have all been so pleasant

I had an appointment at 7:50 am. My dental hygienist came to meet me at exactly 7:50 and I had my teeth cleaned and saw my dentist and was out by 8:35. Professional, courteous and an all-around great experience!

On time. Thoroughly cleaned teeth and explained some things I’m doing wrong with brushing. Top notch experience.

Mint Hill Dentist has always done an amazing job. No pressure to get work done right now, just suggest and put the ball in your court. Dr. Roupas is kind and always friendly.

Our appointment was at 9:20 am but did not get in to the Dentist till about 10:00 am Dr Ellen Was both professional and personable. Great smile and asks questions. She was attentive to our concern weather to proceed in a different direction. The Dental tech. was really thoughtful and professional. Seem to be an excellent team member. Rate as a good experience.
